Wei Wu Wei (AA:8) – Reflexos

O ser  /estar-ciente   [awareness] é eu-sujeito  .

A verdade é aquilo que está em uma dimensão além do alcance do pensamento  .

Qual é o seu problema? Identidade   equivocada.

“Nascimento” é o nascimento do eu-conceito. “Morte” é a morte do eu-conceito. Não há outro nascimento. Não há outra morte.

O “mundo” é apenas uma imagem projetada em uma tela.

Sou   puro Sujeito: tudo o que percebo é meu objeto, mas, como objeto, em última análise, meu Eu.

Não há Caminho  ! Os caminhos levam daqui para lá. Como pode um caminho levar daqui até aqui? Só poderia levar para longe de casa  .

Todos os métodos requerem um executor. O único “fazedor” é o eu-conceito.

Todos os objetos são necessariamente intocáveis.

Dentro e fora, acima e abaixo — qual é a resolução desses opostos  ? Uma outra direção de medição.

Íntegra-mente   [Whole-mind] não tem “pensamentos”, pensamentos são mentes divididas.

O “agregado de tendências latentes”, mantido unido por um eu-conceito, é o que reencarna – seja o que for.

Como sabemos que o mundo é transitório, que o tempo está passando, que nada fica parado? Não poderíamos saber que nosso rio estava fluindo a menos que pudéssemos colocar um pé na margem!

Não há entidade, apenas um continuum – e esse continuum é a conscientidade [consciousness].

A humildade   é a condição inevitável resultante da ausência de um eu-conceito. Sem essa ausência, a humildade só pode ser uma máscara para o orgulho  , que é sua contrapartida.

A ciência está preocupada com objetos, que são irreais. Se ela se preocupasse com o assunto dos objetos, poderia descobrir o que eles realmente são.

A mente é o aspecto din  âmico da matéria.

O “presente  ” não existe objetivamente: é o próprio sujeito. Sendo o “futuro” sempre desconhecido   para nós, vivemos inteiramente no passado.

Procurar é tentar ver o Self (Realidade) como um objeto. Mas, o tempo todo, esse objeto é o Sujeito.

Karma   e Reencarnação, e tudo e todos, pertencem ao mundo dos sonhos. O sonho   continua...

A meditação é exercitar o eu-conceito.

“Aquele que tem o hábito   de desprezar   os outros não se livrou da ideia errônea de um eu.” (Hui Neng, p. 40.)

“Não-Ação” é o que chamamos de Espontaneidade.

Awareness is I-subject.

Truth is that which lies in a dimension beyond the reach of thought.

What is your trouble? Mistaken identity.

“Birth” is the birth of the I-concept. “Death” is the death of the I-concept. There is no other birth. There is no other death.

The “world” is only a picture projected on to a screen.

I am pure Subject: everything I perceive is my object, but, as object, ultimately my Self.

There is no Path! Paths lead from here to there. How can a path lead from here to here? It could only lead away from home.

All methods require a doer. The only “doer” is the I-concept.

All objects are necessarily untouchable.

Within and without, above and below—what is the resolution of these opposites? A further direction of measurement.

Whole-mind has no “thoughts,” thoughts are split mind.

The “aggregate of latent tendencies,” held together by an I-concept, is that which reincarnates—whatever that may be.

How do we know that the world is transitory, that time is passing, that nothing stands still? We could not know that our river was flowing unless we could put one foot on the bank!

There is no entity, only a continuum—and that continuum is consciousness.

Humility is the inevitable condition resulting from the absence of an I-concept. Without such absence humility can only be a mask for pride, which is its counterpart.

Science is concerned with objects, which are unreal. If it concerned itself with the subject of the objects it might find out what they really are.

Mind is the dynamic aspect of matter.

The “present” does not exist objectively: it is subject itself. The “future” being unknown to us always, we live entirely in the past.

Searching is trying to see the Self (Reality) as an object. But, all the time, that object is Subject.

Karma and Reincarnation, and all and all, belong to the dream-world. The dream goes   on ...

Meditation is exercising the I-concept.

“He who is in the habit of looking down upon others has not got rid of the erroneous idea   of a self.” (Hui Neng, p. 40.)

“Non-Action” is what we call Spontaneity.
